Why should I write a blog ?

This is my first blog and I am writing after a long time since I was in school, where my English teacher Rama mam  makes me to write horrible long compositions. Funny but what made me to write a blog now. The reason for that is unleashed when I started working for Symbioun and got introduced to Raj.

           After completing the engineering course I got introduced to Pavan who was my first boss running a placement consultancy called Degrees and Miles. I joined there and worked as a recruiter, in short time I managed the placement consultancy. Degrees and Miles, the place where I got the thirst for entrepreneurship and till now I am working for it. Though I am serious about starting a software company and tried couple of time but it went in vain.

         Am literally confused and continued to work as a Recruiter for couple of companies.Then I joined Symbioun and worked under Raj. Raj use to share lot of information about the software industry and I found there is a huge gap.You  need to be a different person  with exceptional skill and gain lot of experience in particular area. After a serious thought process I have decided to learn business development and specialize in sales. I spoke to few people and learnt about their experience. Finally I came across that most of the successful  CEO's are from sales or marketing background.

          To be honest I have to concentrate on lot of things from basic grammar to communication skills. Because communication is key in sales, I am pretty much confident about my oral communication but I need to improve my writing skills which is why I have started writing blog and I hope it will help me to improve my communication skills.

          Now started writing personal blog eventually I will end up in technical blog.
